The Si-RD3 handheld leak detector features:
- Detects: all HFCF and HFC refrigerants, R1234yf, R1234ze, R290, R600a, and 5% hydrogen - 95% nitrogen mixtures (Nidron 5, Trace-A-Gas)
- Manual and automatic autozero. Immediately ready to use with no presets
- Heated diode sensor
- 3 modes: Low, Normal, and High sensitivity
Reglementations
- Minimum threshold of sensitivity: Fixed <1 g/year at 3mm. In moving air: 2g/year, 2cm at 3mm
- Minimum time of detection (1 g/year): 1 second
- Autozero: 2 seconds
- Recuperation time after exposition: from 1 to 10 seconds (depending on detection level and threshold of sensitivity)
The Si-RD3 comes with a 2-year guarantee against any manufacturing defects and is also supplied with a verification certificate, transport case, filter, and quick start guide.
We recommend that you regularly check, adjust and maintain your devices to guarantee a constant quality level of your measurements. According to the quality assurance standards, Sauermann recommends yearly checking. Sauermann also recommends regular checking of the nozzle of the detector and that its filter is clean in order to guarantee the performance of the device.
